* until 800 PM CDT

* at 355 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. One to two inches of rain have
already fallen. The Garfield County emergency manager reported
many flooded roadways in Garfield County.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...

... Flood Warning extended until Tuesday afternoon...

the Flood Warning continues for
the Cimarron river near Guthrie.

* Until Tuesday afternoon... or until the warning is cancelled.

* At 2:30 PM Sunday the stage was 17.8 feet.

* Minor flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

* Forecast... the Cimarron river will rise above flood stage mid
Sunday afternoon and crest near 20.6 feet early Monday morning.The
Cimarron river will fall below flood stage late Tuesday morning.

* Impact... at 21.0 feet... rural areas may overflow to depths
averaging about 2 feet... in Logan and Payne counties. U.S. Highway
77 north of Guthrie is impassable when the stage reaches 14 feet.
Low-lying fields and oil Wells may be flooded or isolated several
hours before the crest... by flow in cutoff channels crossing the
flood plain.

... Flood Warning extended until Wednesday morning...

the Flood Warning continues for
the Cimarron river near Dover.

* Until Wednesday morning... or until the warning is cancelled.

* At 2:30 PM Sunday the stage was 20.6 feet.

* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

* Forecast... the Cimarron river will continue rising and crest near
21.2 feet early Monday morning. The Cimarron river will fall below
flood stage early Wednesday morning.

* Impact... at 21.0 feet... Suburban Estates along U.S. Highway 81
south of Dover may be flooded... or isolated by moving water over
driveways. Rural lands and roads are covered by flood depths
ranging up to about 4 feet through Kingfisher County... and into
western Logan County. Oil Wells in lower places are severely
flooded for hours before and after the crest. Sandpit facilities
near Dover are severely damaged.

* Flood Warning for
the Cottonwood Creek near Seward.

* From this evening to late tonight... or until the warning is
cancelled.

* At 2:00 PM Sunday the stage was 24.0 feet.

* Minor flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.

* Forecast... the Cottonwood Creek is expected to crest near 25.0 feet
Sunday evening.

* Impact... at 25.0 feet... floodwaters begin to overtop the banks of
the creek near the Broadway street bridge in southern Logan County.

... New record monthly rainfall set at Oklahoma City...

The official measured rainfall on Saturday at Will Rogers World
Airport in Oklahoma City was 3.73 inches. This brings the monthly
total for may to 18.19 inches. This breaks the may record of
14.52 inches, set in 2013. The 18.19 inches total also breaks
the record for any month on record. That record was 14.66 inches,
set in June 1989. The official monthly will be updated at
the end of the month.


Precipitation records for Oklahoma City date back to 1890.
