The Flood Warning continues for
the Alsea river near Tidewater.
* At 3 am Sunday the stage was... 18.9 feet / 21810 cfs.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet and flood flow is 19500 cfs.
* Forecast... this river was near a crest at 18.9 ft at 3 am Sunday.
This river is expected to fall below flood stage around 4 PM Sunday and
continue falling for the next couple days.
* Impact... above 18 ft, expect minor flooding of low-lying pasture
land, roads, and a few structures close to the river.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Siletz river at Siletz.
* At 3 am Sunday the stage was... 20.0 feet / 28250 cfs.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet and flood flow is 19000 cfs.
* Forecast... this river crested at 20.3 ft at 1230 am Sunday. This
river is expected to fall below flood stage around 5 PM Sunday and
continue falling for the next couple days.
* Impact... above 20 ft, expect widespread flooding downstream.
Increased flooding can be expected in the housing development
downstream from Mack Landing. Numerous private roads and a trailor
park between mile Post 2.5 and mile Post 5 near Sunset Landing to
Coyote Rock are flooded. Flooding may be exacerbated during high
tide.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Siuslaw river near Mapleton.
* At 3 am Sunday the stage was... 22.8 feet / 33593 cfs.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet and flood flow is 22400 cfs.
* Forecast... this river was near a crest at 22.8 ft at 3 am Sunday.
This river is expected to fall below flood stage around 4 am Monday
and continue falling for the next couple days.
* Impact... above 22 ft, expect widespread flooding of low-lying land.
Several homes and structures in low areas of Mapleton start to
flood. Numerous rural roads along and near the Siuslaw river will
likely be flooded, and water begins to cover the lower sections of
Hwy 126 at this stage. Flooding may be exacerbated during high
tide.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Luckiamute river near Suver.
* From late tonight to Tuesday morning or until the warning is
cancelled.
* At 9 PM Saturday the stage was... 21.2 feet / 4000 cfs.
* Flood stage is 27.0 feet and flood flow is 7500 cfs.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... this river will rise above flood stage around 2 am
Sunday and is expected to crest near 30.0 ft Sunday evening.
* Impact... above 29.0 ft, expect widespread flooding of the lowland
agricultural lands upstream from Falls City and Maple Grove to the
confluence with the Willamette river. Also expect flooding and
possible closure of numerous secondary roads near the river.

the Marys River near Philomath.
* From late tonight to Monday evening or until the warning is
cancelled.
* At 9 PM Saturday the stage was... 19.4 feet / 4400 cfs.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet and flood flow is 5100 cfs.
* Major flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... this river will rise above flood stage around 2 am
Sunday and is expected to crest near 21.0 ft Sunday afternoon.
* Major flooding can be expected during the crest.
* Impact... above 20.8 ft, expect widespread flooding in Philomath,
especially on the south side in the vicinity of chapel drive and
Grange Hall Road, in central Benton County, and portions of
Corvallis.

Valley... Upper Hood River Valley and western Columbia River
gorge. In southwest Washington... central Columbia River

* Through Monday afternoon

* rain will continue to fall over northwest Oregon and southwest
Washington through Monday. The rain over southwest Washington is
expected to decrease in intensity late Saturday night and early
Sunday. Over northwest Oregon expect rainfall to decrease in
intensity during the day Sunday.

* Flood warnings are in effect for some of the coastal rivers and
Willamette tributaries. There is a lesser risk for any flooding
on the mainstem of the Willamette. There also remains a threat
for flooding along the Hood River.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
current forecasts.

Landslides and debris flows are possible during this flood event.
People... structures and roads located below steep slopes... in
canyons and near the mouths of canyons may be at serious risk
from rapidly moving landslides.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible
flood warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be
prepared to take action should flooding develop.
